Raast Deposits Explained for l555 Accounts

Raast is Pakistan's national instant payment system operated under the State Bank of Pakistan, and we've integrated it directly into your l555 deposit flow. Open the cashier, select Raast, enter your registered IBAN or Raast ID, and confirm the transfer in your bank's mobile app. Funds land in your l555 balance within seconds. Withdrawals via Raast follow the same rail — request

from the cashier, and your bank account receives the amount directly, typically within minutes during banking hours.

How We Keep Raast Transactions Reliable

Our Raast integration is maintained against the live SBP network specifications so the payment rail behaves exactly as your bank expects. Here are the operational standards we hold ourselves to on every...

SBP Network Alignment

We keep our Raast integration updated against State Bank of Pakistan network specifications. When SBP pushes a protocol change, our payments team deploys the update before it affects live transactions.

Transaction Reference Logging

Every Raast deposit and withdrawal generates a unique reference stored against your l555 account. You can quote it to support or your bank to trace any transfer end to end.

Real-Time Balance Updates

Our ledger updates the moment Raast confirms the transfer, so the balance you see in the lobby matches what actually cleared — no artificial hold or delay on our side.

Withdrawal Verification Step

Before processing a Raast withdrawal, we verify the destination IBAN belongs to an account registered in your name. This step protects you from misdirected transfers and keeps the audit trail clean.

No Credential Storage

l555 does not store your bank credentials, PIN, or biometric data. The Raast authentication happens entirely inside your bank's app — we only receive the settlement confirmation.

Pakistan Region Support

Raast is available to l555 accounts registered in supported Pakistan regions. If your account is verified for Pakistan, the Raast option appears automatically in your cashier without any manual activation.

RAAST VS OTHER RAILS

Why Raast Stands Apart on l555

Raast is one of four payment options in the l555 Pakistan cashier alongside JazzCash, Easypaisa, and SadaPay. Each has its place, but Raast is the only one that runs directly on the...

01

Settlement Speed

Raast clears in seconds via the SBP interbank layer. JazzCash and Easypaisa clear quickly too, but route through wallet infrastructure — Raast skips that layer entirely.

02

Account Requirement

Raast requires a bank account on the SBP network. JazzCash and Easypaisa work from mobile wallets, so they suit you if your primary funds sit in a wallet rather than a bank.

03

Authentication Method

Raast authentication lives in your bank app — PIN or biometrics you already use. Wallet-based options use their own OTP flow, which adds a separate credential to manage.

04

Transaction Limits

Raast limits are set by your bank and the SBP network, often higher than mobile wallet daily caps. If you are moving a larger PKR amount, Raast is usually the less restricted path.

05

Withdrawal Path

Raast withdrawals go straight to your bank account IBAN. Wallet withdrawals land in a wallet balance that you then cash out separately — Raast removes that extra step.

06

Setup Effort

No new account needed for Raast — if your bank supports it, you are ready. Easypaisa and JazzCash require an active wallet account and phone number registration before first use.

07

Availability Window

Raast processes transfers around the clock on SBP network days. Large withdrawals may queue outside core banking hours, but standard deposits move any time the network is live.

Six Things That Define Raast on l555

These are the six characteristics that make Raast the payment rail our Pakistan account holders return to once they have tried it — concrete, operational details...

Direct Bank Link

Raast connects l555 directly to your Pakistani bank account over the SBP network. There is no intermediate wallet to load, no prepaid card to top up — the money moves bank to platform.

PKR Native

Every Raast transaction on l555 is denominated in Pakistani Rupees. You see the exact PKR amount before confirming in your bank app, with no currency conversion or hidden rate applied.

Instant Lobby Access

Because Raast credit lands in real time, your l555 lobby becomes accessible the moment your bank confirms the transfer. You do not wait for a manual review or a batch processing window.

Unified Cashier View

Raast sits alongside JazzCash, Easypaisa, and SadaPay in the same l555 cashier screen. Switching between payment methods for different transactions takes a single tap — no separate portal.

Full Withdrawal Support

Raast on l555 is not deposit-only. You can request withdrawals back to your registered bank IBAN from the same cashier screen, and the funds arrive via the same SBP interbank rail.

Account-Level Traceability

Every Raast movement — deposit or withdrawal — appears in your l555 transaction history with a timestamp and reference ID. Your bank statement and your l555 history will always match.

Questions About Raast Payments on l555

Any bank connected to the SBP Raast interbank network can be used. Most major Pakistani commercial banks including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, and Allied are on the network. Check your bank app — if it shows a Raast or IBFT option, you are set.

Raast deposits settle in real time under normal SBP network conditions. Your l555 balance updates within seconds of your bank confirming the transfer. If more than a few minutes pass, contact support with your transaction reference.

l555 applies a PKR minimum per transaction — visible in the cashier before you confirm. The upper limit is governed by your bank's own Raast daily cap and the SBP network ceiling, not by an l555-imposed maximum.

For security, Raast withdrawals are sent to the verified IBAN registered on your l555 account. If you need to update your IBAN, contact support with your account verification documents before requesting a withdrawal.

No separate registration is needed. Raast is built into your existing bank account. Open the l555 cashier, choose Raast, enter your IBAN or Raast ID, and confirm the payment inside your bank app — that is the entire process.

This is rare and usually resolves within a few minutes as the SBP network catches up. If your balance still has not updated after ten minutes, share your Raast transaction reference with live support and we will trace it immediately.

Raast is available for accounts registered in supported Pakistan regions only. The option appears in your cashier automatically when your account is verified for Pakistan. Accounts in unsupported regions will not see Raast as a cashier option.
